Custom Jewelry Services.

  • 1) Consultation

    All custom orders require a 15 minute consultation either virtual (via Zoom or email) or in person (depending on availability) in our DTLA Studio where you can explain your beautiful idea and vision to jewelry designer Alejandra Palma-Galindo and further discuss delivery time and budget.

  • 2) Approval

    Approval of project is reserved to designer’s decision, time consideration, materials and interest in project. If approved you will receive an email approval and confirmation within 24 hours of consultation. Some projects are rejected due to time constraints and or material shortage.

  • 3) Deposit

    After approval a second email will be sent to discuss in detail budget and delivery of project. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required prior to starting any custom order, no exclusions or exemptions. We will email a detailed invoice. Please note production won’t start until deposit is paid and cleared.

  • 4) Production

    Your custom piece is important to you as it is to us! We truly need time to create your masterpiece to the best to our abilities. Production time takes approximately 1 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. If in the process you’d like to add more details to your vision, such charges will be added to the overall initial budget.

  • 5) Completion

    Once custom order is completed the client will be sent pictures and notified via email. The remaining 50% of the project must be provided prior to releasing it. An invoice will be emailed.

  • 6) Final Steps

    After payment is finalized, custom order is reviewed by client and designer and approved by both of them. We can then move forward and set up shipping and delivery options.
