SHIPPING

All of our jewelry pieces are made per order and production time may take up to a week to ship (we usually ship every Wednesday). We dearly appreciate your patience. If you have specific time constraints please email us at info@androhmeda.com so we can further assist you. In rare occasions we will have some pieces in stock and we can ship them immediately the next day, but usually, we hand make your piece especially for you.

We offer free shipping in orders over $100.00 USD dollars with code FREESHIP and domestically within the US (excluding: Alaska & Hawaii). Shortly after your package has left our studio you will be emailed all tracking information. If you do not receive an email for the tracking within 1 week of placing your order please contact us and we’ll gladly send it again.

Please note that due to Covid-19 there might be some delays that are out of our control.


Any orders valued in over $100.00 dollars will be sent signature required. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, we can send it without signature required but are not liable for any loss, damage or stolen packages.


We are not held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by any of our couriers. If you have further questions please email us so we can further assist you on how to file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.


All international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or UPS for a flat rate of $45.00 USD Dollars. For international orders please allow 5 to 6 weeks for arrival and note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties/custom charges that may be incurred. 

RETURNS

We hope that you love our beautiful jewelry as much as we do! At Androhmeda we proudly & mindfully create slow fashion, every piece is unique.

Every item is uniquely made per order, per customer. Due to sanitary reasons and health precautions all sales are final, both in person (at pop ups/markets) and online.

We take all sanitary measurements necessary (including: no returns) in order to ensure everyone’s safety and protection from Covid-19.

In extreme cases, up to our discretion, we do provide store credit or exchange for another style within 7 days of receiving your online order package or in person purchase. However the client is responsible of sending the item back to our facilities and back to them and is responsible for all shipping fees.

Like mentioned prior, we’re not held responsible for any courier shipping difficulties, losses, or stolen packages in the return process.
